From February 2–6, 2026, the staff and teachers of Ekamai International School gathered at the Milne Auditorium for the second semester’s Week of Prayer, united under the inspiring theme, “The Gift of Grace.” The week was enriched by a series of uplifting and thought-provoking messages presented by Pastor Karlo Diel of the Bangkok International Church of Seventh-day Adventists.
Pastor Karlo opened the program by reflecting on grace as a gift freely extended to all, laying a strong spiritual foundation for the days ahead. On Tuesday and Wednesday, he led participants deeper into the understanding of prevenient and justifying grace, reminding the audience that God’s grace goes before us, meets us where we are, and continually offers forgiveness and renewal. The final two days focused on sanctifying and sustaining grace, affirming the enduring truth that God’s love remains constant and faithful throughout every season of life.
Each day of the Week of Prayer was marked by a reverent, spirit-filled atmosphere that invited reflection, prayer, and a renewed appreciation for time spent in God’s presence. Gathered as one EIS family, faculty and staff were encouraged to pause, realign their hearts, and draw strength from the sustaining power of God’s grace, both in their personal journeys and in their shared calling as Christian educators.
