READ, DROP, & SHARE

The EIS Learning Resources has launched a new literacy initiative, “Read, Drop, and Share,” starting December 4, 2023. This project aims to promote the love for reading and encourage the exchange of used books among our school’s students, parents, and faculty members. The library organizes and manages the initiative, acting as a hub for book donations, selection, and distribution. The project’s primary goal is to promote a culture of reading and knowledge-sharing.

There are two designated places for this project where anyone can drop off their books. They are located at gate three and at the Student Center entrance at building nine.

“Please help tell our students and parents about this project. If some books interest you, please feel free to take it. When you have other books to share, please put the books inside the drop box at the spot. Then we will take care of them before they are ready to be displayed on the shelves for others,”
Ms. Phornphen Trakoonlakkana, head of the Learning Resources Department, wrote to the EIS community to encourage everyone to support this noteworthy project.
