ACCREDATION at EIS:
It follows the California Common Core Curriculum and is accredited by WASC (Western Association of School and Colleges). It is also accreted by AAA (Adventist Accrediting Association). EIS is a member of ISAT (International Schools Association of Thailand). It has been a member of EARCOS (East Asia Region Council of Overseas Schools) for many years. It is also accredited by (ONESQA) the Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment in Thailand. It meets all the standards and benchmarks set by the Thai Ministry of Education in Thailand. As it has 5 study programs which are equivalent to the Ministry of Education M6 Certificate.
WASC: (Western Association of School and Colleges). Ekamai International School follows the California Common Core Curriculum. EIS is proud to announce that it has just received a 6-year accreditation from WASC.
AAA: (Adventist Accrediting Association) has also just accredited EIS for 3 years and that is the maximum number of years as EIS meets all the criteria of the Church. It also follows the NAD curriculum which is aligned with the Seventh-day Adventist principles.
ONESQA: (Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment) The Thai Language and culture instruction is provided which meets the standards and benchmarks year marked by the Thai government. To meet the academic needs of its international students, it offers 5 study programs that are equivalent to the Ministry of Education M6 Certificate.
ISAT: (International Schools Association of Thailand). To be member of ISAT the school must meet the standards of WASC. ISAT ensures that there is a balance between the academic and the community outreach programs, sports and extracurricular activities.
EARCOS (East Asia Region Council of Overseas Schools). To be a member the school must meet the stringent standards of this agency. The EARCOS serves as a professional developer of educators and the administrators of the school.
